Eran Goren

Eran Goren Prior to co-founding Fidelis in January 2010, Eran was Head of Investments at Ellomay Capital, a US-listed Investment Company with $100M of capital base. Before joining Ellomay Eran was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Finance, a structured-finance origination and management boutique.

Prior to founding Capstone, Eran was the CEO of Excellence Nessuah, one of Israel’s largest and most successful investment houses. The group was created by the merger of Nessuah Zannex, a company Eran founded and managed for eight years, and Excellence, a leading capital-markets group.

Eran was a Senior Business Coach at TIM, where he worked with senior management of large Israeli corporations on their globalization programs. Eran is a Major (retired) in the Israeli Air Force Special Forces. He is married with four children and lives in Ramat Hasharon, Israel.

Gad Haker

Gad Haker Prior to co-founding Fidelis, Gad headed for five years the UBS Wealth Management office in Israel. He worked the previous seven years in London as a senior institutional salesperson for both UBS Investment Bank and Robert Fleming Securities, covering large UK and European clients on emerging markets equities. Between 1995 and 1998 Gad set up and headed the International and Brokerage Departments at Ilanot-Batucha, one of Israel's leading investment houses. He started his financial career on Wall Street as a fixed income (cash and derivatives) trader for Bankers Trust. Before moving to the US, Gad worked for three years at Intel’s R&D Center in Haifa as a software development Engineer. He is currently a member of Menora Insurance Investment Committee, which overseas $17bn of institutional assets, including Israel’s largest pension plan.

Gad earned a BSc Cum Laude in Computer Engineering in 1988 from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and an MBA in 1992 from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is married with three children and lives in Tel Aviv.
